Terms of use

Before using your dashboard, please read and accept how these leads may be used.

1. Your access. Your access code is issued to your business alone. Do not share it, forward it, or let anyone outside your business use it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it. We may change or withdraw a code at any time if we believe it is being misused.

2. What you may do with the leads. You may use the leads assigned to you to contact those businesses about your own services. That is the only permitted use.

3. What you may not do. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-licence or publish the leads or any part of this dashboard, pass them to any third party, or use them for any other purpose. You may not scrape, bulk-download or automate collection from this dashboard, or try to reach leads or boards not assigned to you.

4. Keeping the data. Do not keep lead data longer than you need it for the introduction. If we ask you to stop using or delete particular records, you must stop using them straight away and delete them within 10 working days.

5. Your own compliance. How you contact a lead is your responsibility, including your own data protection, marketing and (where relevant) financial promotion obligations. We introduce the lead; we are not responsible for how you approach it. In particular, because these details come from public registers and not from the person themselves, UK GDPR Article 14 requires you to tell them where you got their details, at the latest when you first contact them. The drafts in this dashboard include that wording. Electronic marketing is also subject to PECR: sole traders and partnerships count as individual subscribers, so every approach must offer a way to opt out.

5a. If a lead objects. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, or objects to your use of their data, stop straight away and tell us at info@conicore.io so we can suppress them across the platform. Telling us is part of these terms, not a courtesy — we cannot suppress a request we never hear about, and they may otherwise be re-issued to another client.

5b. Regulated activity and your permissions. The leads on the finance boards are supplied as unregulated business: the borrower is a company, or the scheme is two or more dwellings being built for sale, so the loan is not a regulated mortgage contract. Broking that business does not require FCA authorisation, and we do not require you to hold any. Leads that are not clearly unregulated are removed before they reach a board.

You remain responsible for holding whatever permissions your own activities need. If a lead turns out to involve a property the borrower or a close relative occupies, or you go on to advise, quote rates or arrange, that may be a regulated activity and you must hold the right FCA permission or pass it to a firm that does. We introduce; we do not advise, quote or arrange, and nothing on this dashboard is a statement about your regulatory status or ours.

6. No guarantee. Leads are drawn from public registers and other sources and are supplied as they are. We do not guarantee they are accurate, complete, still current, or that they will convert.

7. Our platform. This dashboard, its scoring and its design remain ours. You get the right to use it while your access lasts, nothing more.

8. Ending access. We may suspend or end your access at any time. When it ends, clause 4 still applies to anything you still hold.

9. Liability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Version 1.3. These terms cover your use of this dashboard. They sit alongside any separate data sharing or introducer agreement between us; if those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Where the leads come from. Leads are compiled from public sources: local authority planning registers, licensing notices published by councils, and Companies House. We do not use the Land Registry Commercial and Corporate Ownership Data for marketing. Contact details are the business or professional details published in those records.

More information. Our full privacy notice and our website terms are at conicore.io/privacy and conicore.io/terms. They explain what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights. Where those pages and these terms cover the same ground, these terms govern your use of this dashboard.
